Worship is the centerpiece of town life. Middlebury is a community with a strong and deep religious commitment. The values taught guide its citizens in their dealings with townfolk and visitors alike every day.

First United Methodist Church

First United Methodist Church has continued to lift up the love of God and the teachings of Jesus Christ since 1836. This is a multi-day church ministry offering opportunities for physical and spiritual growth. The church staffs the office Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM and on Fridays 8:00 AM - 12 noon. We offer worship on Sunday mornings at 9:00 or 11:15 AM Sunday School for all ages begins at 10:15 AM Sunday mornings. Wednesday evenings our Junior High meet at 6:00 PM and Senior High Youth meet at 7:00 PM. Our Wednesday evening Kids Club programs begins at 6:00 PM and runs along with the school calendar. Discipleship of Jesus Christ, powereful prayer, creative minds, generous hearts, and scripture basics characterize this church.

St. Paul's Lutheran Church

Welcome to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, "The Church With a Choice". We offer members and guests a contemporary service at 8:30 a.m. and a traditional service at 10:45 a.m. Communion is given twice a month: 1st Sunday - traditional service; 3rd Sunday - contemporary service. Sunday School for all ages is at 9:30 including three challenging adult classes.
Our mission is that all may know Jesus Christ, grow in their knowledge of Him and share His love with others.
Won't you join us for worship, share in our many activities and check-out our Christian Day Care facility housed in our church building, which is sponsored by several area churches.
